MRPS uses ReadySub to post faculty and staff absences, fill those absences with substitutes if necessary, and to track paid leave time balances.
Post your absences in ReadySub in advance of your absence.
Periodically review your posted absences and leave balances for accuracy.

Custodial and Food Service Team Members: All leave forms are to be submitted to your direct supervisor. Approved leave forms are then sent to the District Office for processing.

Teachers and Administrators: Use these forms if the PD is being paid for out of your contracted 6 UVM credit equivalent PD dollars and if you are electing to participate in the course or workshop. Submit completed forms to your school administrative assistant.

PATH: Participate in PATH Wellness Programs from VEHI (Vermont Higher Education Collaborative)! Each MRPS school has PATH Leaders who will share sign-up information and fun activities and challenges to participate in throughout the year!

Review demographic information such as address, phone number, email and race/ethnicity;
Review education information which, for now, includes type of degree, school and estimated graduation date;
Review and print pay statements;
Review and print W-2s;
Review tax information (withholdings) and print W-4s if changes are needed; etc.
