2025-2026 School Year Union elementary school Pre-K Lottery
The registration window for the MRPS Early Childhood Program (pre-k) lottery for the 2025-2026 school year will open on Monday, March 17th, 2025.
Lottery applications are due by Friday, April 4th, 2025. Applications received after April 4th will be put on the waiting list.
Invitations to enroll based on the results of the lottery will be sent to families by Monday, April 14th, 2025.
* If you are the caregiver of a pre-k age student who will attend a prequalified pre-k program that is not at Union Elementary School, please see the Universal Prekindergarten (act 166) section above.

Public School Choice Collaborative
MHS participates in the Winooski Valley Regional Public School Choice Collaborative. High school students residing in districts outside of Montpelier Roxbury School District may apply for a lottery to be considered for enrollment at Montpelier High School.

The FY`25 (2024-2025 school year) Announced Tuition as approved by the MRPS Board of School Directors is $17,000 for K-6 students and $18,000 for 7-12 grade students.
